October Semi-Contact Tournament

To Shihans, Senseis, Senpais, and Dojo Operators from martial arts around the Pacific Northwest, OSU!

Northwest Kyokushinkai and the Ellensburg Dojo warmly invites you to participate in the 6th IKO Matsushima Kyokushin Regional Tournament on October 9, 2010 at Ellensburg High School in Ellensburg, WA.

The main division will be semi-contact fighting with shin/instep, hand pads, and headgear. This tournament is especially useful for new fighters, as well as fighters wanting additional experience. A full contact ring-style division with padded punches to the face and throws will also be included. All styles and levels of ability/experience are encouraged to compete.

We welcome as many competitors as possible to ensure a healthy competition. Please forward this anyone you think might be interested in competing.

Please contact Sensei Ian Quitadamo at (509) 607-9496 or quitadamo@fairpoint.net or Shihan John Adams at (509) 592-7038 with any questions you may have.

We look forward to seeing you in October!
