The
Northwest Kyokushinkai Dojo in Pullman is one of the largest and most
successful in the area with members from WSU as well as the Pullman and
greater Palouse area. The traditional karate taught is based on the
principles and ethics set down by the founder of the system
Sosai Mas Oyama. We are members of the
International Karate Organization - Matsushima (IKO-Matsushima)
under the leadership of Yoshikazu
Matsushima. With frequent visits from
Shihan Roman Szyrajew (7th dan), who brought us into
IKO-Matsushima. We are directly under the leadership of
Shihan John Adams, United States
Branch Chief (Washington).
In
addition to serving karate students in Pullman, Northwest Kyokushin has
dojos located across the Pacific Northwest. Washington locations in
Ellensburg,
Seattle,
Kirkland, and
Davenport. Other locations include
Moscow, ID,
Corvallis, OR, and
Greely, CO. Northwest Kyokushin provides a comprehensive training
experience in a friendly and inclusive environment. Students from all
backgrounds and all skill levels are encouraged to come and see how
Kyokushin can change their lives.
